- Enquiry and audit forms: your name, email address, website address and the message you send.
- WhatsApp and email: the details you choose to share when you contact me directly.
- Analytics: if enabled, Google Analytics 4 collects anonymised usage data such as pages visited, device type and approximate location.
How your data is used
To reply to your enquiry, carry out a requested SEO audit, prepare a quote and, if we work together, deliver and invoice the project. Analytics data is used to understand which pages are useful and improve the site. Your data is never sold.
Legal basis
For visitors in the UK and EU, data from forms is processed on the basis of your request (steps before entering a contract) and legitimate interests. Analytics cookies are only set with your consent where the law requires it.
How long data is kept
Enquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept for as long as needed for the project and for legal, tax and accounting purposes.
Third parties
Data may be processed by service providers that support this website, such as the web host, email provider, Google Analytics and WhatsApp. These providers process data under their own privacy terms.
Your rights
